Shimano 7970-Di2 REAR External Wire Harness Kit (IEW7970)
The Dura Ace Di2 Rear external harness kit comes from the bottom bracket to connect the battery, front derailleur and rear derailleur to the front wire harness kit (ISMEW79AE). You'll need this kit to install your Di2 7970 components. It's available in three sizes: Small (770mm), Med (830mm) and Large(890mm). Refer to diagram below to determine the size you need.
- Rear kit refers to wiring needed from stem/bar junction to battery cradle and front/rear derailleurs.
- Battery cradle comes with rear wire harness but battery sold separately
- Frame sizing for rear wire kits: most frames will utilize a medium kit.
