EFS Liquid Shot Solubility Adds Flexibility
EFS liquid shot was formulated without the use of gelling agents (gums) because the inclusion of gums slows gastric emptying, which is the last thing you want from your 'gel'. Another benefit is that solubility is improved greatly giving you the flexibility to mix the EFS liquid shot with water. For example, you can add 10 oz of EFS liquid shot to a water bottle then top it off with water and you have an 800 calorie/ 3,000mg electrolyte drink which will fuel your workout for hours!
