With the success of the CX-1, Colnago decided to take some of the best features of frame and apply additional technological advances to create the all new Colnago M10 frameset.  Using a new lamination process and design, the Colnago M10 is laterally stiffer with more vertical absorption to provide comfort without sacrificing performance.  Colnago M10 handles incredibly well on descents and smoother through corners. Unlike most monocoque frames, you'll appreciate the comfort factor so you will enjoy long distance riding while still being able to accelerate like a rocket.

 

Colnago starts with an Italian-made stainless steel mold and its new state-of-the-art lamination technique to eliminate any voids in the carbon fiber.  The internal cable routing is not drilled rather part of the molding process.  This makes for a strong frame with simplistic cable routing – you’re mechanic will love you!  The tapered head tube provides crisper handling.  The octagonal main tubes provide 2.5% more lateral stiffness; 4.3% more front end stiffness and 12% more vertical stiffness over the CX-1 frame.  Colnago also uses the Q2 concept on the chainstay, seatstay and bottom bracket areas to eliminate power-robbing flex from the pedal stroke.
