Campagnolo designed a neoprene overshoe bootie to keep your feet warm when temperatures drop.  Using taped seams to prevent water from seeping through the seams, your shoes are wrapped in 2.5mm neoprene that prevents your feet from getting wet and cold.  You will be able to use these booties to keep you warm even on the coldest days.  Rear zipper opening allows you to easily put them over your shoes without a fight.  Reflective piping makes you more visible.
